understudied. In this work physiological mechanisms of the heritage of his pedagogical methods of education are analyzed in the context of the dominance theory by Aleksey A. Ukhtomsky. Using the examples of the
authors’ research, positive influence of Aleksey A. Ukhtomsky’s dominant on a person is demonstrated.

Abstract

The article reveals the relevance of using state of the art software in teaching secondary vocational education students based on domestic software “1С: e-Learning”. The sequence of actions for doing the course of “Electrical and Electronics Engineering” developed on the basis of “1C: e-Learning”
is given. One of such methods is the use of the e-course on “Electrical and Electronics Engineering”, which makes it possible to organize learning by doing. Interactivity and focus on construction of knowledge and skills in students when doing the e-course on “Electrical and Electronics Engineering” developed on the basis of “1C: e-Learning” are the features of the software. One of its specifics is that it allows students to obtain and develop knowledge and skills necessary to solve real-life and simulated issues as applicable to their future professions. This, in turn, contributes to the development of social skills and abilities to settle complicated issues at work, and teaches how to use the obtained knowledge in practice. digital skills, “1C: e-Learning”, electrical and electronics engineering, students of energy fields, interactivity in training.

The relevance of the students’ creativity development is substantiated on the basis of the renewed Federal State Educational Standards of Basic General Education. Best

Abstract

The relevance of this article is due to the integration of the educational space of the Donetsk People's Republic into the educational space of the Russian Federation. The article dwells on the issue of creating a positive image of the head of a preschool educational institution for successful implementation of educational goals and organization of the process of education with a highly respected manager at the head. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for creating a positive image of the head of a preschool
educational institution under the current conditions. The authors have demonstrated how image is defined in psychological and pedagogical literature as well as in academic papers. The phenomenon of “a positive
image of the head of a preschool educational institution” is substantiated as well. The criteria of a positive image of the head are outlined. Arrangements for creation of a positive image of the head of an educational institution under the current conditions are proposed. The conditions that affect creation of a positive image of the head of an educational institution are specified.

Abstract

The article dwells on the results of monitoring the system of values of secondary vocational education students. The conducted research made it possible to deduce the formation of the system of values in students, their readiness to study at institutions of the secondary vocational level and to get a profession. It was found that together with the increase of importance of such value as happy marriage, the significance of values of love, active and financially secure life, comfort and freedom grow substantially as the students
get older. This implies infantilism and inactivity of the most part of the interviewed students. The article suggests the paths for correcting the students’ system of values, taking into account the specifics of the obtained
profession.

Abstract

The article presents the theoretical background of abnormal behavior in adolescents. Nowadays, there is quite a large number of general and individual concepts of deviation. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the most popular theories of deviation. The tasks that are set in studying this subject-matter refer to biological, psychological and sociological aspects which signifies both inborn and inheritable qualities and provide insights into the issue under consideration. Methodological aspects are aimed at analyzing the social situation in which an adolescent lives and which is the main factor in formation of deviations. The article presents elements of the experimental study conducted on the basis of the secondary school. The results that reflect the targets for psychologists to work with are stated. Conclusions are made in the final part of the article.

Abstract

The presented research is devoted to the study of the specifics of job satisfaction in coaches of sports schools in the northern region. Job satisfaction is associated with motivation and is a kind of an indicator of a sports organization performance. The purpose of the article was to identify the specifics of the components of job satisfaction in coaches of the northern region. Based on the comparative analysis of the components of job satisfaction in coaches of the Tyumen and Moscow regions, the authors stated the prospects for psychological support of sports schools coaches in the region under study. The article is intended for sports psychologists and leaders of sports organizations.

Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the emotional burnout syndrome is one of the mechanisms of psychological defense leading to professional deformation and low self-esteem which causes reduction of work and life quality on the whole. The purpose of the work was to study the features of the emotional burnout syndrome in doctors and healthcare assistants depending on the length of employment. The conducted research demonstrated that the level of emotional burnout and depersonalization in doctors was 2 times higher and the level of reduction of personal accomplishment was 2.5 times lower than in healthcare assistants. Reduction of personal accomplishment proved to be more severe in healthcare workers
employed for more than a ten-year period. Based on the obtained scientific data on psychoemotional state of healthcare workers it was proposed to develop personalized measures for prevention and control of emotional
burnout syndrome effects. The article is intended for doctors, healthcare assistants, medical students, clinical psychologists and psychotherapists.

Abstract

The article presents the results of studying literature sources based on the results of which it has been found that professional and applied physical training is a specific type of physical education implemented at higher education institutions with consideration to the requirements and specifics of different professions. It has been scientifically established that the tools and methods of professional and applied physical training are widely used in the training process of different specialists in order to develop the appropriate
motor abilities and the mental component associated with them. The purpose of the study was to identify the features of professional and applied physical training of future teachers at higher education institutions. To accomplish the purpose the academic and methodical literature on the issue was studied. A questionnaire-based survey was organized among the physical culture
specialists. Also, lesson observation and interview of working school teachers of Yerevan were carried out. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that professional and applied physical training is essential in professional training of future teachers regardless of their profession.

Abstract

In the article, the authors bring up to date the issue of the need to develop individual coordination abilities in junior sportsmen aged from 7 to 9 doing complex coordination sports. Theoretical analysis was given to academic papers on coordination and dexterity as well as on sensitive periods of physical qualities development. The specifics of organization and content of trainings using modular learning technology are discussed through the example of judo, which implies the use of individual and differentiated approaches, planning of logical actions and subsequent implementation of individual modules. Implementation of the developed technology allows choosing results-oriented exercises, monitoring and correcting exercise load when combined with rest. It helps to improve the effect of junior sportsmen training in general and to develop coordination in particular.

Abstract

The state of health of the student youth continues to be of particular concern. The matters have been made worse by the consequences of coronavirus infection, which affected physical fitness and morphofunctional indicators of undergraduates. This article describes the results of the research conducted by the Department of Physical Education of Surgut State University in the academic year of 2021–2022. The purpose of the study was to reveal the dynamics in morphofunctional indicators and physical fitness of undergraduate students doing fitness during the academic year. The analysis revealed that second year woman students doing fitness during the academic year improved their morphofunctional indicators and physical fitness. However, it demonstrates negative changes as well. In othe authors’ opinion, this is due to the consequences of the pandemic and requires a more thorough analysis of this problem.
