Abstract

The article examines the aspects of organizing troubled adolescents’ leisure time. The relevance of the article is due to one of serious problems of the society – the behavior of troubled adolescents. As part of the educational work with such adolescents, special attention is paid to the most attractive forms of mass cultural activities as an effective educational means. The article aims at specifying the main features of organizing leisure activities with troubled adolescents in the modern context. The authors have revealed the nature of organizing leisure activities for troubled adolescents. According to the authors, it is in understanding the goals, main functions of such activities and the ways of creating developmental environment. As a result of the research, key features and the procedure of organizing leisure activities for troubled adolescents have been described.

Abstract

The article presents the results of monitoring patriotic education of over fives in pre-school educational institutions. Physical, intellectual and personal qualities of children were studied by means of communication and expert evaluation. The monitoring is closely connected to educational programs. The authors have concluded that monitoring of both the process and the results of patriotic education is an essential tool for correcting teaching activities in order to ensure effective interaction among the educational process participants.

Abstract

The article brings forward a comprehensive technology for disseminating professional knowledge in waste management among the students of Samara State Social and Pedagogical University. The technology implies both introduction of changes to educational programs and collaboration with mass
media. Using plastic waste as an example it is demonstrated how lack of environmental awareness in young people leads to decline in efficiency of the waste processing industry. Involving students in settling and mitigating environmental problems is possible provided that theory and best practices used in everyday life are transmitted to them. Through bringing the environmental practice into educational and extracurricular activities,
students and higher education teaching personnel are taking real steps to preserve natural resources and develop environmental awareness in the youth of the Samara region.

Abstract

The article actualizes the problem of improving the quality of professional education through the development of future teachers’ deontological preparedness in the context of researches. Approaches to understanding the subject matter of business communication ethics and deontological preparedness are defined. The purpose of the study is to estimate the importance of business communication ethics in the development of deontological preparedness of future teachers. Theoretical and empirical methods of research were used. The theoretical analysis and the results of experimental researches have proved that one of the important standards of the quality of a teacher’s education is deontological preparedness. The development of deontological preparedness in future teachers can be considered as an effective means of improving the quality of teacher education.

Abstract

The article shows the importance of psychological and pedagogical activities for suppression of aggression in elementary school children based on the obtained diagnostic data and taking into account family features. The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of aggression manifestation in elementary school children from one- and two-parent families. The results of the summative assessment are described. The assessment made it possible to identify the types (verbal, physical, instrumental, altruistic, selfaggression) and levels (high, medium, low) of aggression intrinsic to the children. It has been proven that aggression is more common in children from one-parent families. Boys from one-parent families are more aggressive than boys from two-parent families. There are minor differences in aggression of girls from oneand two-parent families. The need of psychological coaching for children and their families through the implementation of special education programs and arrangement of family clubs has been demonstrated.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to study the features of psycho-emotional state of engineering vocational school students. A “wellbeing, activity, mood” questionnaire was used in the research. According to the results of the questionnaire, median scale values of the entire group of students were equivalent to psycho-emotional well-being. The values of all scales were higher in the women’s group. There were no statistically significant differences in “well-being”, “activity” and “mood” indices either between the studied groups of young men and women, or between the groups of students of different age.

Abstract

The article deals with a comparative analysis of professional stress coping strategies used by mature-aged lawyers of a legal sector and those working in private organizations providing services. Situations generating stress in respondents have been organized and prioritized. It is demonstrated that matureaged lawyers of the legal sector mainly use such non-constructive strategies as “avoidance behavior”, “aggression” and “antisocial behavior” to cope with stress. It has been proved that the contradiction between moral and ethic issues and professional achievements in the legal sector is a key factor for fixation of nonconstructive strategies to cope with professional stress in respondents. The ways to deal with the current negative situation are proposed in the article.

Abstract

The article aims at development and evaluation of efficiency of a physical recreation program for middle-aged men with coronary heart disease using exergame training. The effect of different physical exercises on indicators of strength, quality of life and sleep, anthropometric measures and indicators
of body composition was assessed both in a control and in an experimental group. As a result of the research it was found out that traditional strength training and isometric exercises with HUBER 360 MD had a potive effect on indicators of quality of life and sleep, as well as on strength of upper and lower extremities. However, neither of the training methods improved body composition indicators of people under the test.

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the high significance of finding effective agents and methods for preserving reproductive health of women. This is possible through their involvement in an active and healthy lifestyle. Physical and psychological changes, which occur, as women grow older, should be taken into account when organizing health and fitness activities. The purpose of the study is to provide an experimentally proven rationale for using a differentiated approach to organizing health and fitness activities for women of reproductive age, taking into account their physical and psychological state. The analysis of the obtained results proved the need for using a differentiated approach to organizing health and fitness activities for women of reproductive age, as far as some differences had been found out in body composition and physical and psychological state of different age groups. The article is intended for physical culture and sport professionals who organize health and fitness activities for women of reproductive age.

Abstract

These days settling of the issue of preserving and building up the health of future professionals in different sectors is a particularly important challenge for physical education and sport teachers working at higher education institutions. Students who have health problems when entering higher education institutions need special attention and, therefore, are enrolled in groups for students with medical issues. The purpose of the study was to analyze the current livability of such students based on their personal assessment. The Quality of Life Questionnaire (as adapted by S. Dormeshkina) was used in the research. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the students rated their “social status” and “psychological state” highly but stated that their “physical state” needed correction in part of healthy nutrition and the amount of physical activity. The article is intended for professionals involved in organizing health-improving physical classes for students with medical issues.
