SOME ASPECTS OF PUBLISHING PRACTICE FORMATION IN THE NORTH OF WESTERN SIBERIA IN THE 1950s–1970s
Abstract
The article describes the problems of formation of publishing during industrial development of the North of Western Siberia. Based on the study of archival and other records the features of publication management of printed editions by printing establishments formed in the main administrative and industrial centres of the region are described.
