MORE ON STAFFING AND LABOUR CONDITIONS AT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ENTERPRISES OF TYUMEN OBLAST IN THE 1960s

Abstract
The article analyzes the staffing of brick factories in Western Siberia during the formation of the West Siberian oil and gas complex. Difficult conditions of their work and everyday life are noted. Attention is drawn to the poor provision of housing and medical services for employees. The article focuses on the dependence of staff turnover on unsolved problems in the daily life of construction workers.
A large part of the publication is devoted to the study of the form of training and advanced training of workers in the construction industry. The most promising of them are noted, and the institution of mentoring in the training and education of young workers is mentioned.
