Статья посвящена анализу особенностей организации молодежного досуга в условиях мегаполиса. На материалах социологического опроса молодых жителей столицы Казахстана города Астаны выявлена специфика инфраструктуры большого города и особенности культурно-досуговой деятельности молодого поколения. Показана глубокая трансформация молодежных досуговых практик, обусловленная как изменением глобальной социокультурной ситуации, так и появлением у самой молодежи новых интересов и ценностей в процессе реализации свободного времени. Определен спектр досуговых предпочтений молодых астанчан: в структуре молодежного досуга снижается рейтинг культурно-творческих практик, а культурно-потребительских форм увеличивается. Дана краткая характеристика динамики роста сегмента развлечений в Астане и описаны технологии организации культурно-досуговой деятельности. Особое внимание уделено технологии социокультурной анимации, призванной гуманизировать свободное время молодежи, создать условия для самореализации, самоутверждения молодых людей в процессе социокультурной анимации и досуговой деятельности. Главным педагогическим смыслом социокультурной анимации является создание условий для социальных проб молодых людей в разнообразных сферах социальной деятельности. Технология социокультурной анимации наиболее ярко проявляется в клубной работе молодежных центров досуга, дополнительного образования. Проведенный автором анализ теоретических и прикладных аспектов организации молодежного досуга в условиях мегаполиса позволил выявить специфику досугового времени столичной молодежи и особенности ее культурно-досуговых практик: нерегламентированность и добровольность использования досугового времени, позволяющие выделить досуг в отдельный социальный институт; разнообразие форм досуговой деятельности, где наряду с традиционными формами появляются новые течения и увлечения; особенности среды протекания молодежного досуга (в компании друзей, сверстников, вне дома); преобладание в структуре молодежного досуга культурно-потребительских практик. В целом выявлено укрепление гедонистических составляющих в системе ценностно-смысловых установок молодежи, становление новой социальной общности, ориентированной не на культурно-творческие практики, а на потребление досуговых услуг.
The article focuses on analyzing the peculiarities of organizing youth leisure in a metropolis. The materials of a sociological survey among young residents of the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, reveal the specifics of the infrastructure of a large city and the features of the cultural and leisure activities of the young generation. A profound transformation of youth leisure practices associated with the modernization of public consciousness and changes in youth leisure expectations is shown. The range of leisure preferences of young Astana residents has been determined: in the structure of youth leisure, the rating of cultural and creative practices is decreasing, while that of cultural and consumer forms is increasing. The article briefly describes howthe entertainment segment is growing in Astana and outlines the technology used to organize cultural and leisure activities. The author’s attention is directed towards the technology of sociocultural animation, aiming tohumanize the free time of young people and create conditions for their self-realization and self-affirmation through sociocultural animation and leisure activities. Creating conditions for engagement of young people invarious spheres of social activity is the primary pedagogical meaning of sociocultural animation. The technology of sociocultural animation is most clearly manifested in the club work of youth leisure centers and additionaleducation. The author’s analysis of theoretical and applied aspects of youth leisure organization in a metropolis allowed to identify the specifics of the leisure time of the capital’s youth and the features of its cultural and leisurepractices. Among the specifics are unregulated and voluntary use of leisure time, which makes it possible to single out leisure as a separate social institution; a variety of forms of leisure activity, where new trends and hobbies appear along with traditional forms; features of the environment of youth leisure (in the company of friends, peers, outdoors); predominance of cultural and consumer practices in the structure of youth leisure. The strengthening of hedonistic components in the system of value-semantic attitudes of young people, the formation of a new social community oriented to the consumption of leisure services were revealed
